Course Overview:
Physical activity is important for a number of different reasons. It is important for burning calories, for the function of the lymphatic system, and a great many others. It also helps boost mental health. This course helps you refine your understanding and knowledge of several activities. You learn advanced skills in game play and learn how to truly master a sport. The course helps you plan your participation in community events – which will also help you strengthen your social network. You will understand the importance of pursuing physical activities throughout your lifetime.
Note: This course is not designed for ELL (English Language Learners) students. ELL students may enroll in this course ONLY if they have adequate mentor support at their home school and are able to fulfill all course requirements.
