Veronica is responsible for customer service and day-to-day business operations at Red Comet. She is responsible for the day-to-day administering of coursework, tracking student progress, creating student reports and responding to student questions.

Ms. Rajendran oversees enrollment operations, compliance monitoring, staff coordination, and data integrity across our online Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) program. In our rolling enrollment environment, she ensures seamless program delivery, comprehensive student support, and accurate tracking from enrollment through completion. Ms. Rajendran serves as a key coordinator between students, mentors, families, and administrative systems while maintaining full compliance with state ALE regulations and Red Comet's program policies and procedures.

As ALE Registrar, Ms. Yasoda manages student registration and records through the Registration portal. She ensures smooth onboarding, accurate course enrollment, and data integrity across all interconnected systems, including the Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Registration platforms.

Ms. Veeramallu provides vital operational support across all programs as Operations Support Specialist. She manages key functions including enrollment operations, registration processes, course quality assurance, teacher coordination, and technical issue resolution to support our flexible enrollment approach. Ms. Veeramallu's role is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless program delivery.
