Visit ArkansasEFA.com to complete your parent application. New students apply through the FACTS portal; returning participants renew in ClassWallet. The 2026–27 application window is open through June 1, 2026.
Once your EFA is approved, search for "Red Comet Virtual Academy" in the ClassWallet marketplace, link your student, and authorize your quarterly tuition payment. Funds are disbursed four times per year.

All students enrolled full-time at Red Comet — whether elementary, middle, or high school — are required to complete the NWEA MAP Growth assessment mirroring Arkansas state accountability requirements. This applies from 3rd grade through 10th grade and is a condition of continued EFA funding eligibility, regardless of tuition tier.
Already enrolled in home school or another private school? Use your remaining EFA balance to purchase individual Red Comet courses à la carte.
The EFA program is now universal — any Arkansas K–12 student can apply. No income limits, no prior school restrictions.
Applications are not strictly first-come, first-served. These categories receive priority processing:
Students with disabilities and specialized needs
Students from schools rated D or F under the Arkansas accountability system
Students in foster care or experiencing homelessness
Children of military personnel, law enforcement, or first responders
Enrollment is open now. Don't wait — EFA applications close June 1, 2026, and seats are filled on a first-come basis once priority processing is complete.
